The following terms and conditions apply to all tours and charters undertaken by Bush Bird CC

The company will uses its best endeavors to deliver the service as advertised, however actual sights, flights, routes, aircrafts, departure times and flight duration may vary (or even be cancelled) due to weather, operational considerations, air traffic control or pilot discretion. Whilst every effort will be made to stay on time it is important to note that Charter VFR (visual flight rules) Flight Operation can be affected by conditions such as weather, wind strenght and directions, traffic, airfield limitations and /or closure, avgas shortage etc. Therefore, the company can give no guarantee of exact arrival or departure time  and will not be liable for any failure to make connections to other services.

All baggage and personal belongings are carried by the passengers entirely at te passengers own risk.

Weight restrictions apply to all flights.

All flights are subject to assessment of the weather conditions by the pilot in command. Inclement weather will not necessarily result in the cancellation of any flight. If a flight cancellation is made by a confirmed passenger within 24 hrs of departure time, or in the event of a "no show" a 100% charge will be made. In the event that Bush Bird cancels a flight due to weather or aircraft unserviceability, we will reschedule your flight or refund your fare in full. (Refunds of payments made through a booking agent must be sought from the booking agent.) Please note: cancellations based on weather forecasts by confirmed passengers shall not be accepted unless the pilot in command has determined that the flight will not be undertaken due to forecast conditions or actual weather conditions on the day.
